Before moving ahead to manufacture, you will need to undertake a lengthy design process that will involve many different kinds of designs, renders and specifications. It is essential that this is all perfect before you go ahead with any of the designs, otherwise you will run into problems further along the line. This is why it’s essential that you sign off any designs with your clients, and make sure they are 100% happy with what you have drafted before you move on to any kinds of manufacturing – even the early stages.
It’s best to work with your client on the design from the very beginning, as this will give them the opportunity to express their wants and needs for the project, and to see how well your initial designs match up to this. If you find that they are a long way off, it is better to find out at this stage than further down the line.
